Congratulations to the Volleyball team for their wins over Boyd County and North Central last night.

Congratulations to the Golf team for placing Runner-Up at the Valentine Invite yesterday. Olivia J. placed 1st, Kaylin G., placed 2nd and Cecelia M., placed 5th.

According to the handbook, all students are to have their hair well-groomed. For men, that means their hair must be short enough to be off of the collar and off of the ear. For EVERYONE, men and women, hair must not be below the eyebrows or in your eyes. Also, bandanas and other scarf-like hair accessories will not be allowed. If you are not in compliance with these guidelines, you will be issued a demerit each day until you make the necessary change to be compliant.

Thursday, September 23rd: Girls Golf at Wayne Invite – 9:00 a.m. Volleyball at SMH with West Holt (B/A) – 6 p.m. & 7:15 p.m.

Drexel House will be sponsoring a Walking Bake Sale on Friday the 24th.

Bring your individually wrapped goodies to 209 BEFORE school. Meet in the Commons at the beginning of 5th period. Those without permission slips turned in need not come.

Friday, September 24th: Cardinal Pride Day. Cross Country at Boone Central – 4:30 p.m. (participants are dismissed at 1:40 p.m. Football at CWC (Chambers) – 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, September 25th: Softball at Central City.
