Mrs. Alizon Roth - Spanish, Animal Science, Chemistry, Life Science
I was born in Sarasota, FL but moved around a lot as a kid. I graduated High School in Genoa, OH. I joined the Army when I was 18 and became a linguist and interrogator. I loved it so much I stayed for 8 1/2 years. All but two years of my enlistment were spent in Germany. When I got out of the military I was in San Angelo, TX so I finished my Bachelors in Art, German and Russian at Angelo State University. I also did all of the courses required for pre-veterinary medicine and was accepted to the Texas A&M School of Veterinary Medicine but chose not to attend for financial reasons. I started teaching at Coleman Alternative Program (CAP) High School in Coleman, TX. I found out that I really loved teaching and had found my calling. I met my other love, my husband while I was a teacher. He and I moved to North Central Texas for a few years but he missed his home state of Nebraska so we moved here a few years ago so that he could get closer to his family home in Thedford. I have way too many hobbies and interests but among them are art, music and horses, which we raise. God has been the center of my life since I was 16 and I try to do all things to honor Him.
