Navigating Through the Sea of Data
Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 11:28AM The great thing about the web is that if you need any information about pretty much any topic, it’s probably out there. The hard part is figuring out how to find it. The reason why Google has been so successful is because they do a better job than most of indexing the most relevant data for your search.
The above introduction is long and strangely convoluted way to just say “we’re changing a few of our navigation buttons on the website and we want make sure you know where to find it in the future.” The “Lunch” button will no longer be in the top menu. If you really want to know what’s for lunch you can find it in Orbund. This does a few things. It frees up valuable real estate in the top navigation and also hopefully encourages you to visit Orbund more often to see how your child’s grades are doing. The other thing that Orbund has that this website does not have is the most up to date calendar for the high school.
While we say goodbye to the “Lunch” button, we’re excited to welcome the new “Sports” menu. Here you will find all of the relevant schedules and records from St. Mary’s athletics.
